• Free shipping on orders above AED 150.
• A flat rate of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 150.
• Delivery typically takes  2 – 4 working days (excluding Holiday and Weekend Off).

• Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if the cancellation notice is received before the order has been processed/approved.
• Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

• Customers will receive an email confirmation upon order processing.
• Once the Air Way Bill (AWB) number is generated, customers will receive email and mobile notifications.
• Track your shipments on the SkyEx website using the AWB number: SkyEx Tracking.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight/volume of the packed items and the selected destination.

Delivery service is offered within major city limits. Orders outside these areas will be delivered to the nearest Shipping office according to the delivery schedule and terms. Additional charges may apply.

Out-of-service areas may take 7-8 business days for delivery.

Duty (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country’s customs authorities. These additional charges will be collected from the customer by the forwarder at the time of delivery.
